Let everyone who is godly,
Offer prayer to you at a time;
When life is seeming so oddly,
When you have committed a crime.

For in the rush of great waters,
They shall not be able to reach;
Out to your sons and daughters,
Being deceptive what they preach.

God is a hiding place for me,
He preserves me from the trouble;
Surrounded me with shouts to be,
For delivery from the rubble.

The Lord will instruct and teach me,
About which way that I should go;
Open my eyes so I can see,
Counsel on the blessings that flow.

Be not like a horse or a mule,
Without having understanding;
Stop being a stubborn fool,
With bit and bridle for handling.

Many are sorrows for evil,
But steadfast love will surround you;
Who has no trust for the devil,
While you righteously pursue.

The person who trusts in the Lord,
Mercy shall compass him about;
Worshipping in one accord,
Never shedding of any doubt.

Be glad in the Lord our God,
Righteously rejoice shout for joy;
All with upright heart give Him laud,
Worship and praise that you employ.
