At the edge of the Red Sea, the children of Israel found themselves at a terrifying crossroads. Behind them, the Egyptians were closing in. In front of them stood the Red Sea. There seemed to be no way forward and no way back.
Despair took over. They probably wondered, “Why did we ever leave Egypt?”
Have you ever found yourself at such a place?
A situation where every door seems closed, every option seems impossible, and you cannot see a way out? That is when discouragement and doubt begin to speak louder than faith.
But the Red Sea was not the end of Israel’s journey, it was the place where God revealed His power.
Moses raised his rod, and God parted the waters. What looked like an impossible barrier became a pathway to freedom.
Perhaps you are standing at your own “Red Sea” today. Don't give up. Don't turn back. Call upon God.
Your Red Sea may look impossible, but it is not bigger than your God.
