Through the grace that’s given to me,
I say to every one of you;
Think of more highly than ought He,
Sober judgment in faith that’s true.

One body has many members,
But do not have the same function;
The same as counting the numbers,
Complementing through an unction.

Having then gifts that will differ,
According to the given grace;
Balanced to faith of the giver,
For the love that they may embrace.

If service in our serving,
The one who teaches let them teach;
Those who exhort are deserving,
Contributes unto the outreach.

Anyone who will lead with zeal,
Then let them rule with diligence;
And having merciful appeal,
With simplicity in defense.
