I will give thanks unto the Lord,
Praising the Lord with my whole heart;
Righteous congregation adored,
Singing praises that will impart.

The works of the Lord outstanding,
Studied by who delight in them;
Full of splendor that’s withstanding,
With the majestic diadem.

Righteousness endures forever,
He is gracious and merciful;
Compassion that will not sever,
Artistic that is beautiful.

He provides food for those who fear,
Remembering His covenant;
He shows His people who revere,
Inheritance that’s permanent.

All His works are faithful and just,
As performed with His faithfulness;
All of His precepts you can trust,
On account of His uprightness.

He sent redemption to His clan,
And commanded His concordat;
Holy and awesome about His plan,
Blessings to infants they begat.

Fear of the Lord starts with wisdom,
Those with a good comprehension;
For accessing of His Kingdom,
Perceptive of His intention.
