In sacrifice and offering,
You have never been delighted;
Rather You have been still hearing,
Given an ear as incited.

Declared burnt and sin offerings,
That You have not been required;
As written for the sufferings,
Delights Your will as desired.

Your delight in doing Your will,
For Your Law is within my heart;
That it continues to instill,
And flows from my lips to impart.

I have preached of the righteousness,
The glad news of deliverance;
Unrestrained of my joyousness,
To You, O Lord in reverence.

I have not hid the salvation,
Being delivered to my heart;
Faithful as a new creation,
Eternal life for a new start.

I have not hid Your steadfast love,
Your truthfulness from the faithful;
And the truth that comes from above,
Brings blessings to who are joyful.
