Jesus makes many promises concerning those who believe in Him. Never has nor will there ever be a time when Jesus does not keep His promise. You can rest assured in that statement. There are times when we feel that Jesus is not near to us, and we might even doubt whether or not He still cares about us. When we feel this way, we must realize that this a lie from the devil. He uses the world to bombard us with lies and keep us away from the truths of Jesus. Remember that Jesus is always there, even when you are in your deepest valley and can see no way out of it. Cry out to Him! He always cares about you. He proved this by dying on a cross that you might be raised from the earthly grave. Always trust Him, no matter what trials you face. He holds you in the palm of His hand. Rest in Him!
