AGENT OF GOD'S LOVE

Colossians 2:1-2 For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh; That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

Did you had some sizzling debate lately? Or someone challenged your faith? What did you got? How did you handled it?

Paul set an example. He always calls for unity with encouragement helping knit the church together in love.

Can anyone of us be willing to adjust our positions and shake off those unnecessary attitudes? Can anyone be willing to adjust our lives inspite of sufferings just to be an encouragement to all believers?

The mystery of God can be simply understood this way. For God loves us so much that He gave His only begotten Son. And Christ, the only begotten Son, loves us so much that He offered His life for us.

Christ handled all the blasphemies, accusations, insults, and all kinds of attacks. And He was not been harshed and argumentative. He used parables and teachings in all aspects of living that showed the perfection of love the Mighty Creator have for us.

Can we be an agent of God?

Oh, Lord, forgive me if I made stumbling blocks unto the faiths of my fellows. Forgive me if I became a discouragement. I don't know exactly the proper way. Through Your unconditional love, lead my words and action. Let your image be seen in me. Amen
