Devotionals
I turned in the devotional book to a totally new page of pure unalloyed, unadulterated truth. There were none of the accustomed underlinings, no marginal notes, no suggested interpretations or footnotes. It was fresh, clean, uncharted virgin territory. And I dove into it, welcoming it eagerly and with an open heart and mind! I plunged into it as into a pool of cool water on a scorching hot day. And guess what the theme happened to be that day? The theme was love, and that theme has not changed, and neither will it change, because there is always a hint of freshness and newness about true love.
