Temptation lurks just around the corner. Do not dare to think that you will not face it. We must pray that we not be led into temptation. The devil is very cunning and deceitful. But, the Lord is powerful and can help us to overcome temptation. We must be protected from the devil, and it is only through prayer and obedience to God that we can be so protected. Do not be cocky and think you can overcome temptation and the evil one on your own. You would fail at such an attempt. Pray that God will help you to overcome temptation and protect you from th evil one.
