This may surprise some of you, but there are Christians who actually stand with Planned Parenthood, which has a reputation for performing surgical abortions and giving abortion pills to women and girls. Some Christians have fallen for the lie that abortion is a "woman's right" and that there are circumstances in which abortion is necessary. Others argue that abortion isn't the only thing Planned Parenthood does. They say that there are good things that Planned Parenthood does for women. I would like to address each of these arguments.
First of all, God doesn't use human standards to determine what is right and wrong. He uses His own perfect and holy standards. Psalm 139:13-16 and Jeremiah 1:5 make it very clear that God creates ALL life in the womb with a plan and a purpose. Exodus 20-21 and Amos 1:13 make it perfectly clear that He considers ALL life (both born and unborn) to be equally sacred and valuable. Pro-abortion people will tell you that the life of the mother is more valuable than the life of her unborn child, but they're just flawed human beings who are capable of making mistakes. With the exception of Adam and Eve, ALL human beings were unborn human beings once. In God's eyes, we were no less important before we were born then we are now. God's Word also makes it very clear that He considers the shedding of ALL innocent blood an abomination, no matter what the circumstances. (See Proverbs 6:17.) Unborn human beings are innocent human beings, regardless of the circumstances surrounding their conception. Nobody can control the circumstances surrounding their conception.
Second of all, there are pro-life pregnancy centers that don't kill innocent human beings in the womb and provide affordable healthcare for women in need. Abortion is often referred to as "women's healthcare", but it is the exact opposite of healthcare. The website www.abortion911.com lists specific women who were harmed and even killed during abortion procedures, including procedures done in Planned Parenthood facilities. The website www.littlepillsthatkill.com contains the testimonies of women who experienced dangerous consequences after taking abortion pills. Planned Parenthood knows that there abortion has a history of causing terrible consequences, but it deliberately hides this fact.
Planned Parenthood is also involved in sex trafficking. A couple of years ago, I found a viral video in which a Planned Parenthood manager admitted to being involved in human trafficking. Planned Parenthood also aids and abets pedophiles. Child sex offenders have coerced their young victims to have abortions by bringing them to Planned Parenthood. They say they brought their victims there, because they knew that Planned Parenthood would keep quiet about what they did.
The people from Planned Parenthood talk like they care about women and girls, but they don't. They deliberately mislead them so that they can make money. Their blood money is more important than human lives.
