The times have changed.
His words spoke of it.
The days of departing from the truth.
Times of clinging to the lies.
Even those who called His Name,
They Too, would depart from His truth.
For something that feels good,
And, it doesn't cost anything.
Has it been left behind so quickly?
The day we were delivered from sin.
What Christ did for us on the cross.
The Great Commission.
Have we become unable to handle it?
Rise up in these times and do it hard.
Claim the lion’s share.
Hold our ground until the end.
May we take hold of this moment.
No longer are we in the desert.
Instead, delivered by His mighty voice.
Come back to our forgotten purpose.
