When life has deserted you
And everyone has given up on you
It makes you want to scream
You wish this were only a dream

All alone in the dark
Nobody but your aching heart
The wounds are carved in your soul
Not enough room for one to console

In the depth of my shattered world
I grasped your Holy Word
Oh nothig can compare to you
So beautiful, so magical, so true

In the midst of my darkness
I have felt your kindness
In the streams of my tommorows
Lies a rainbow for my sorrows
