and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. Luke 9:2 NIV
Here we are told to proclaim the kingdom. God is nigh to His people. His kingdom is here now and we are eternal dwellers within the kingdom. God wishes that all would receive the kingdom as God’s gift to those who believe in the Son. We must then proclaim the kingdom by speaking of the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is the only way to the kingdom. One must be reborn and be saved by Christ in order to enter the kingdom.
