'Does she or doesn't she?'

The Clairol advertising slogan was successful; consumers believed the dyed hair looked natural. The woman and her hair stylist were the only ones that knew the answer to the question.

'Does she or doesn't she?'

Are her lips naturally full? Maybe she’s received Botox injections; only the woman  and her cosmetic dermatologist know for sure.

It seems my lips have always been a bit on that full side. Mom told me that when I was born nurses in the maternity ward nicknamed me Rosebud. Aw…

At times, the shape of my lips has come as a disadvantage. They revealed self pity. Donna, my oldest sister scolded me for pouting.

Woe is me!

‘LORD, not my will but your way.’

Am I using my lips to praise?

‘Do I or don’t I?’

“Because Your favor is better than life,
My lips will praise You.

So I will bless You as long as I live;
I will lift up my hands in Your name.
My soul is satisfied as with fat and fatness,
And my mouth offers praises with joyful lips (Psalm 63:3-5 NASB).”
