THE BLESSING AND LESSON OF DELAY!
Have you been suffering from bouts of frustration, anxiety, and stress lately because of some form of delay threatening your vision and goals in life? Now consider this.
Daniel 10:12-14.
Then he said, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer. But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me, and I left him there with the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia. Now I am here to explain what will happen to your people in the future, for this vision concerns a time yet to come.”
Whenever we read about the nasty, crafty, and dirty manipulations of the Devil and his cohorts, we get really mad with holy indignation! That's a great way to get mad and angry as long as it is totally channeled towards putting a definite end to Satan's nefarious, dubious, and hideous acts in your life and around you.
Yet, periods of trials and delay are precious times for learning to perfect our fruit of patience, to refine our Christian character, and also to cultivate an indomitable confidence in Christ Jesus and God's Word. 1Peter 1:7; 2 Peter 1:3-9.
Seasons of trials and delay also remind us that nothing less than spiritual violence in contending for our inheritance will suffice! Matthew 11:12. It's time to turn up the heat of fiery, fervent, and fierce intercession to put this notorious, insidious, and diabolical vampire in check!
The Devil lets no faithful child of God enjoy great achievement and God's best without putting up a fight to test our persistence, determination, and loyalty to God! Make up your mind from the onset that you won't stop or give up until the devils give up on you! This is the perfect will of God for your your life. This is the mindset of victors, and God has solemnly promised to see to it that you triumph always and in all ways! 1Corinthians 15:57.
Any door will eventually open IF the knocker would persist, irrespective of the type of door or it's lock! If God gave you a promise, it will definitely come to pass. In case there is some nasty delay, then stop waiting, go ahead & do something to bring it to pass before it slips off! How do you do that?
James 5:16-18.
Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. Elijah was as human as we are, and yet when he prayed earnestly that no rain would fall, none fell for three and a half years! Then, when he prayed again, the sky sent down rain and the earth began to yield its crops.

Life never permits anyone to accomplish great things without good planning and without passing the inevitable test of PERSISTENCE. That's the reason why the ladder of success is not crowded at the top! See you at the top!
Delay does not mean denial, it could turn out to bless you. You're becoming better and not bitter. Assuredly, you're waxing stronger and stronger. I assure you again that you're becoming highly dangerous to the kingdom of darkness and highly relevant to the glorious Kingdom of God. That breakthrough is coming through in spite of what you have gone through!
Never give up, it's your turn to be blessed so you can become a great blessing.
