And So He Said

So he said to the paralyzed man, “I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.” Immediately he stood up in front of them, took what he had been lying on and went home praising God. Luke 5:24b-25 NIV

First of all Jesus commanded this man to get up, which he immediately did. This was the first sign of his physical healing. He was told to pick up his mat. He no longer needed this mat to lie on since he was no longer paralyzed. He was also told to go home. At home tis man could ponder the miracle which had just occurred. He wasted no time, however, praising God as he left. Do we recognize miracles in our lives and those of others we know? Do we take time to praise God for these miracles, or do we accept them as matter of fact? Miracles are from God. Be sure to thank Him for them. Keep your eyes open. Miracles shall happen.

Excellent. This needs to be read by the many people who do not even realize the blessings they have received from God, let alone know what personal miracles have occurred in their lives.
