Fleeting pleasure can be found in a pill on a countertop or a liquid in a glass, but lasting joy is a seed planted deep in the soil of the soul. Joy runs too deep to be captured by a pill or a glass.

Oh, Terry, how true, how true! Our present age is riff with people with shallow roots who need this encouragement to root deeper than pills and drink. Rooting into Christ what they need, perhaps your good work (compact and right to the point) will lead the more intelligent of them to look in that direction. So many absolutely wasted lives out there needing help and the Gospel!

As you are one, please use you talent to comment upon the work of other FaithWriters to encourage them to produce even greater work.
