How Do You See Yourself?

In life, men and women struggle to amount to someone important. Do you know that the seed of greatness in such men and women?

Each person is blessed with sufficient treasures to fulfill their destiny and complete his assignments on the Earth. To do this is even easier when one has the Lord on one side.

One thing close to this is that how you see yourself directly affects how far you will go in life.

No gainsaying the fact that there are frightening scenes, events, and happenings in life but your response matters most. Your response also will be a direct result of your view of yourself. Every opinion you hold about yourself is true. If you see yourself achieving a feat, you can and will do it. However, if you see yourself as lacking the ability to attain it, you will not make it.
It is your impression about yourself that is first and most important to your success.

Do not be like the majority of the people sent by Prophet Moses to spy on the land given to them by the Lord God of their fathers. They went and came back successfully harmed with the evidence of the land flowing with milk and honey. The impression of the majority was astounding, they said,
"And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight." Numbers 13:33.

They had a grasshoppers' mentality and they attributed it to the impression of their enemies. They gave themselves the ideas of the thoughts of the people of the land. Did they hold any meetings with the people of the land where they informed the spies that this is our opinion of you that you are like grasshoppers? No! They formed the opinion themselves and concluded it so.

They felt like grasshoppers and acted so. Their feelings were taken to be the thoughts of the people to be dislodged. They were perfectly wrong. It was the fear in them that gave them the wrong impression.

Beloved, do you have the right impression or feeling about yourself? This is very important if you want to amount to someone of value in life.

Even when people give you the impression that you are a failure, it does not matter. If you convince yourself that you are a success, the same people will celebrate you when you are successful. Stay blessed and prepared for the imminent coming of the Lord.
