When coming to complete composition of human anthropomorphic discourse it is vital and important to discuss three positions of theological sciences

Firstly, Monism which claims that person is life is spirit is soul is body

Second, Dichotomy claims obviously that person has body and spirit or soul

Final position is Trichotomy where exactly person has three components Spirit, Soul and Body

Whichever may be your positions

Spirit is Ruach in Hebrew means wind

Soul in Greek means Psyche

Body in Greek is Soma

Thus the origin of word psychosomatic

1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 NIV – 23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.

Law of nature says Body connects material and tangible, Spirit connects to God with spiritual and soul obviously to cognitive or emotions

Verse 23 has immediate implication in Verse 24

The plain sense of scripture is scripture cannot contradict but compliment the scripture

Golden rule of interpretation said by DL Cooper is when the plain sense of scripture makes common sense seek no other sense

Mark 12:29-31 NIV – 29 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
