Enough little pebbles can result in a wall,  just as great boulders can when rolled together.  As a foothold can grow into a stronghold and a coastline can grow into a continent, so repeatedly wrong thought patterns form ruts and routes through the brain that reach predictably twisted conclusions that are so hard to uproot.  Too many of us are yhe prisoners of our own misconceptions. But, by the same token, repeating acts of kindness and courtesy add up to caring and attentiveness, that is virtually impossible to resist. The mind of Christ is such a huge mental upgrade, but it is to be possessed corporately not individually.
