SHARE POWERFUL, EFFECTIVE MESSAGES!
2 Corinthians 5:11
Because we understand our fearful responsibility to the Lord, we work hard to PERSUADE others.
Ask the Holy Spirit to help you make every message PERSUASIVE, seasoned with salt (restoring, healing power) to minister grace or God's help to those who read or hear you. Confrontational messages might excite self righteous people, and we have a load of them in the Church, but only PERSUASIVE messages make people YIELD WILLINGLY to the work of the Holy Spirit who is a gentle person. What is your aim for sharing God's Word? Is it to bring people to yield and obey God or to get people excited about how HARD AND PAINFUL your message is? It takes GREAT PRAYING to put an effective message together. Such messages stay and linger in the minds of people, giving the Holy Spirit the opportunity to get it down to their spirit for the GODLY CHANGE to happen.
Romans 10:10.
For with the HEART/SPIRIT man believes (so that) with the MOUTH confession is made unto salvation.
People willingly yield to God, confess their sins, weaknesses or needs to Him with their mouth when our persuasive, compassionate and love motivated messages take hold of their hearts. Now, that's what attracts the grace of God for divine intervention, and then a miracle of conversion, restoration, deliverance or supernatural provision and blessing occurs to the glory of God. Hallelujah!
