The House Of Suffering

If we think of the Cross ✝️ of Christ as a house 🏠 of suffering, then the garden of Gethsemane is in the front yard of that house, extending even onto the front porch. In that garden, in that yard, on that front porch of that house is where he began the process of shedding his blood for our sins. The blood that flowed from inner wounds and internal violence spontaneously in the garden may have been even more precious than the blood that was extracted violently from external wounds inflicted later. But regardless,  all of it was precious in the purchase of our salvation.
