"Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him." 1 John 3:6(KJV).

It was established in part one of this write-up that there is a need for man to hear about Jesus Christ and begin to call upon Him. This commences by having his sins forgiven him. He will continue to call on the Lord for other rescue operations.

There is a need to continue living in Him, Jesus Christ, to overcome sin and the spirit of sin.

That is the reason it is important to see Him after hearing about Him and calling upon Him. He sees you. You need to see Him and enjoy His works. Otherwise, you will continue to do wrongdoings to displease Him and this will cause a strained relationship between the two of you.
"And she called the name of the LORD that spake unto her, Thou God seest me: for she said, Have I also here looked after him that seeth me?" Genesis 16:13, KJV.

The above are the words of Hagar, the maid of Sarah, the wife of Abraham. It is very important to see the person you are relating to for better results. This will reveal to you His personality. You will see what He looks like. There is no doubt that you will see holiness and righteousness in Him.

Not only that, there is a need also to know the Person you have to deal with. Seeing is one thing, knowing is another. Closeness to an individual will reveal so many things about his character and ways of doing things. You will know His likes and dislikes. You will be familiar with those things that can please Him.

How can this be attained? This is achievable by familiarizing yourself with the Holy Scriptures. This involves going through and thinking deeply about what you read in the Scriptures to act on the truth you have come across.

Beloved, how much of the Lord do you know? He is more than what you have known about Him. Don't be satisfied with mediocrity, know the Lord your God more. He is ever ready to manifest Himself to you. If you know Him, you will understand how to please Him and have pleasure in Him. Stay blessed and prepared for the imminent coming of the Lord.
