I hear you say come closer

I hear Your words of Truth

O Gentle Savior hold me

I will bless and be true to you.

Hide me in Your Righteous Kindness

Keep me safe in your loving arms

For Your Shield of Faith surrounds me,

I will bless your Holy Name.

Abandoned to this world of sin

Seeking holy righteousness

Only found in You my Savior,

by the washing of your blood.
