One day soon the King will call us
To meet Him in the air,
And those of us who call Him Lord
Will suddenly be there.

On earth there will be chaos,
And people filled with terror,
As suddenly the missing,
The hosts of earth declare.

Some missing from the table,
Perhaps a factory line,
Car drivers, airline pilots,
Loved ones they can not find.

God’s children long for heaven,
Earth’s lawlessness abounds,
Evil has intensified
And all the world surrounds.

And yet our Father calls the lost,
His arms are open wide,
To any who repent and seek,
Forgiveness He provides.

The time is fast approaching,
So heed the Father’s call,
With eagerness His bride awaits,
Desiring His grace for all.
