ALWAYS ENCOURAGE PEOPLE!
We get into partnership with the Holy Spirit and His incredible work here on earth when we always pray for, encourage, inspire, correct and challenge people with God's Words in LOVE.
These people then get motivated, fired up and strive to improve their current relationship with God and people. They get more enthusiastic, disciplined and dedicated, desiring to get better and do more for God and people. That's the will of God for us.

YOU'RE ANOINTED, SO ARE YOUR WORDS. BE A BLESSING, SPEAK ONLY WORDS THAT ENCOURAGE, BUILD AND BLESS PEOPLE. CONTROL YOUR TONGUE, TEMPER AND TASTE(appetite)! CORRECT PEOPLE IN LOVE. PRAY FOR EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY UNBELIEVERS AND EXPECT THEM TO BE BORN AGAIN. GOD LOVES TO SAVE SINNERS, EVEN THE HARDENED CRIMINALS, PERVERTS AND CORRUPT PERSONS. JESUS DIED TO SAVE ALL. HAVE FAITH IN GOD.

Proverbs 16:24.
Pleasant, gracious words spoken wisely and timely are like a honeycomb, Sweet, energizing and delightful to the soul, encouraging and healing to the body.

But, when we run people down with our words and selfish, negative attitude, condemning and castigating them, the devil is happy to have us in his devious, wicked team, fulfilling his hideous ministry to condemn, steal, kill and destroy lives, properties and God-given dreams and great destinies. However, God has made us able ministers and co-laborers with Him.

1 Corinthians 3:9.
For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building.

Needless to say, let our overwhelming desire and passion to see and ensure the downfall and eradication of sexual perversion, jealousy, pride, corruption, discrimination, doctrinal differences, spiritual lethargy (etc.) in the Church and our society drive us into deeper prayer rather than into more arguments, condemnations and criticisms. Prayer takes God's healing, delivering and saving power where we could hardly reach, to accomplish the impossible. Let's be quick, fervent and selfless to intercede; but slow to criticize, condemn or gossip. Hallelujah!

Ephesians 4:29.
Let no foul or polluting language, nor evil word nor unwholesome or worthless talk [ever] come out of your mouth, but only such [speech] as is good and beneficial to the spiritual progress of others, as is fitting to the need and the occasion, that it may be a blessing and give grace (God’s favor) to those who hear it.
