“Though the fig tree does not bud and no fruit is on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though the sheep are cut off from the fold and no cattle are in     the stalls, Yet I will exult in the LORD; I will rejoice in the God of my salvation! God the Lord is my strength He makes my feet like those of a deer; He makes me walk upon the heights!” 

Habakkuk 3:17-19 BSB

 This passage should cause us all to pause and recognize how awesome God is. Look at how much was going on back in Habakkuk’s day and yet he took time to still acknowledge and stand for the one true God. 

Our country and our lives may have upheaval going on and instead of going on our knees to pray what do we do? We back stab and cause more division and violence. This should not be! 

We should be united in truth and justice! We should be holding our heads high and asking Jesus, Our Commander in Chief to intervene. 

Prayer: Father, I am sorry for my lack of communication to you. I am sorry to watch things just unfold and not to intercede. In Jesus name I am asking that you intervene in our country’s behalf and our lives. Also, prevail in Israel. Thank you, Amen.
