The One who is and Who was and Who is to come descended from the heights to meet those ascending from the depths, to meet them in between. Becoming poor for us and lifting us out of our own moral and spiritual poverty and into the wealth of eternal communion with Himself, God had to incarnate in humanity while retaining His divinity so that we could participate in divinity while remaining human. God did this because He has always loved us way way way before we were ever born. He has always carried us in His Father's heart and always does and always will. In that sense, we have always existed and we always will exist in love with Him and falling more in love with Him and with each other by the moment 💕 💖
