Slave Or Son?

Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. John 8:35 NIV

One who is a slave to sin cannot be in the presence of God. God does not allow sin to be in His presence. This is why one who lives their life in sin will not be in the presence of God for eternity. God is Holy and pure and righteous. Sin cannot stand in His presence. Man, of his own will is sinful. Only Jesus, living within the heart of one can purify said one to stand in the presence of God. Be a son or daughter of God and inherit your eternal residence in His presence.
