Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away.” Matthew 13:24-25 NIV
While on this earth there is wheat (believers) and weeds (unbelievers). They live together on this earth, but they do not live in the same manner nor for the same purpose. After life here on earth the wheat is received into heaven while the weeds are gathered together and burned in the fire. The seed of God’s Word has been planted. Has it nourished you and helped you to grow into wheat? Let God’s Word permeate you. Give yourself to Him.
