Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill.” John 6:26 NIV
Do we equate Jesus to what He has done for us or is it that we know Him for who He is, the Son of God? We should definitely thank Jesus for all He does for us, including saving us. But Jesus is so much more than that. He is God. He has existed forever and continues to do so. We must acknowledge Jesus for who He is and not just for how He has filled us.
