Sometimes when Jesus healed an individual it was instantaneous. With you are most of the healings and answered prayers you receive from Jesus instantaneous or are they a process that require some time and maybe reflection or action on your part before the healing is complete or the prayer is answered? Jesus can instantly heal but at times there is a process He wishes us to go through. He wants us to learn something from the healing process. Don’t think if your prayer is not immediately answered that it will not be. Just trust in the Lord and do as you are led by the Holy Spirit.
