How is it that we are sheep among wolves? We are sent as workers for the Lord, into a world full of hate and self-indulgence. We are sent to a people with hearts searching after the material things that will not remain forever. We are sent to those who will not sacrifice for the sake of others, to those who seek for themselves. The Gospel message will not be accepted by most. Harassment will come to many who share the Good News. We will be rejected, just as the Lord was rejected. Yes, we are like sheep sent out to a world of wolves.
