When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, “Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.” Matthew 8:10 NIV
Jesus’ response was at the faith of the centurion. Jesus need not be present somewhere in order that something be accomplished in His name. Jesus is everywhere, even though we may have doubts. If we have unanswered prayer it quite possibly is due to our lack of faith. Christ certainly has the best interest of all in mind. Truly believe that He will answer your prayer. He does answer prayer. It just may be that the result may not be that which we sought, but prayer is answered.
