Preparing A Place

My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. John 14:2-3 NIV

Jesus spoke these words not only to His disciples, but to all who believe in and obey Him. It is sad that some believe these words were only meant for the disciples. God loves all His children, and a place waits in heaven for all those who belong to Him. There is plenty of room in Heaven for all those who belong to God. When you read the Bible, think not of it as only history, for God speaks to all of us through His Word, and what is offered is not just for a select few who lived centuries ago.
