Author requests article critique

Sitting and burning my insides
As self control just got ignored
Too much tasting of this tempter
Need a base to calm this acid

How much grace do I need
To stop this thing from burning
As too much will make me weak
Yet too little will leave me aching

Hi Dave,

Your words are filled with angst that keeps readers reading. And as we read we feel what you say so well. We live your words through our emotion and we long for those who ache to receive a heart filled with grace. Thank you for raw honesty.

Aha! So I'm not really the only person who deals with it! ::smile:: At no other time has this -- "My strength is made perfect in your weakness" -- made more sense to me, but than when I felt a total loss of self control and had no other choice but to hand it ALL (including my own emotions) over to Him. POWERFUL poetry... just as I've come to expect when I read your work.
