Since all things thus to be dissolved,
What sort if people ought to live;
Holiness and godliness are evolved,
From confessions that will forgive.

Hasting on coming of that day,
Looking toward the day of the Lord;
Fire from the might of Yahweh,
Burning and melting not ignored.

Elements melt from fervent heat,
But according to His promise;
Ashes scattered under His feet,
In bringing the righteous justice.

Look for the new Heaven and earth,
Upon which righteousness will dwell;
You are waiting for the new birth,
To the old be bidding farewell.

Without spot or blemish be found,
Being blameless and be at peace;
The voice of God a pleasant sound,
The serenity will not cease.

Count the patience of our Lord,
Longsuffering as salvation;
Per the wisdom in one accord,
Completing a new creation.
