Be Prepared To Join The Eternal Peace

Run run oh my soul

For the time you see, soon will cease

Hastily ensure your eternal habitation

And be prepared to join the eternal peace

Distractions are many, business untold

The pull from the hell daily gets stronger

Yet fight O Lord’s soldier like a valiant warrior

God’s help is assured, thus delay no longer

Do not slip by any chance into the eternal abyss

From where there is no scope either to retract or return

Let your heart be merry only in God’s love

And for His presence alone may your soul always yearn

Catch not the taste of the world’s vain glory,

For all of this is mere vanity,

Run Run oh precious soul

In Christ secure your eternity.
