She’s walking down a coastline
A narrow path with water on both sides
Moving forward alone as she looks to the skies
Seeing what all is possible for her life
With darkness all around
Far off in the distance a light can be found
With each pace she grows
The water around her continuing to flow
An elegance in the unique experience
Taking in all of the elements
Nothing can compare
To this bond that is being shared
An environment meant to be protected
The atmosphere secure for the method
If unimpeded she’ll one day emerge
Getting to fulfill the purpose served
She’s special just like everyone else
A proper person with specific cells
However, not everyone sees her that way
Differences of opinion portrayed each day
All of what she sees may never be
The growth could end unexpectedly
She’s not in control of the outcome
But it’s her life that may go numb
She just wants to reach the light
Have the opportunity of all that was in sight
Leave her be on her adventure
Don’t steal away her exposure
Existence shouldn’t be tampered with
Life inside the womb isn’t a myth
