AMERICA'S CHAOS WITHIN

"There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community." (Proverbs 6:16-19)

Remember that famous  movie line from Forrest Gump movie, “ “My mom always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.” So, how’s life treating you these days?

We all are a creature of habit. Our loving Creator made us that way. (Genesis 1:26-27) For me, I arise in the morning, go to the fast-food joint for my biscuit and gravy. Come home and  tune in the television, to see what I had missed  overnight.

Sunday  morning was no exception. Other than I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Especially here in America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. Sunday morning church services being invaded by groups of activist. Not only was this against the very principles of our living Creator, and the law of the land, but was also against America’s Constitution.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Those same type insurrections seemed to continue on into the week to follow. For later on during that same week, groups of similar activist  also stormed the streets of many well-known city streets, including the federal Supreme Court facility and some federal judges’ homes.

Initially, this insurgent insurrection totally took me by surprise. Until, I happen to remember. It’s nothing new, for the holy Scriptures predicted this type behavior to take place towards the last days, the end of time as we know it to be. It’s simply labeled “prophecy.”

“Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.” (II Peter 1:20-21)

“We know the Bible came from God, through the men who wrote it. God superintended these human authors so that using their own individual personalities, they composed and recorded without error God’s Word to man. Without error only applies to the original manuscripts, however, though the manuscripts we possess today have been transmitted with high accuracy. Here we have dual authorship of God’s prophetic  Word, the Holy Spirit guiding and guarding the men involved  in the actual writings.” (Taken in part from Dr. Charles Ryrie)

So, I simply pinch myself, say a little prayer,  and move on from the past, through the now, and into the future.

“To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted. They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him.” (Titus 1:15)

Yes, we now find ourselves in a time of government evil (Proverbs 2:8), of false teachers inspired by demons, and an explosion of hypocrisy and lies. (I Timothy  4:1-2 It's a time of apostasy, mass corruption, and the breakdown of law and order. II Timothy 3:1-9,13) People are no longer content to hear sound teaching, and turn to many different teachers of evil and untruths. (II Timothy 4:3-4) . It's a time when people mock the end time prophecy. (II Peter 3:3-4)

“You see, a chaotic, out-of-control world doesn’t mean we serve a disruptive, hostile, rowdy God.  A world with ruthless rulers doesn’t mean God has lost His rule. The growing screech of chaos can’t hush the inviting whisper of Jesus. Our living Creator, God, still appoints both good and evil, to enact His eternal will. (Daniel 2:19-23)

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people” (Proverbs 14:34)

So, the more, as a dedicated, patriotic Christian, I get involved in today’s world, the more I feel like shouting. (Revelation 22:7,12,20) In other words, just having to overcome that of  reacting to  today’s complete confusion of  "AMERICA'S CHAOS WITNIN." My reaction being, ”Do come quickly, Lord Jesus!” Amen!  

AUTHOR’S POSTSCRIPT

President Ronald Reagan believed God had a plan for America. He wrote, “ I have always believed that this anointed land was set apart in an uncommon way, that a divine plan placed this great continent here between the oceans to be found by people from every corner of  the earth who had a special love of faith and freedom,”

And in George Washington’s address to the officers of the Continental Army, March 15, 1783, we see the following, “For if Men are to be precluded from offering their Sentiments on a matter, which may involve the most serious and alarming consequences, that can invite the consideration of Mankind, reason is of no use to us; the freedom of Speech may be taken away, and, dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep, to the Slaughter.”

So, what is America’s future? Are we actually in fact now moving towards the last days, of  civilization? However, why is America’s governmental leadership not punishing the evil and exceling the good? Why not lock up the evil doers, according to law.  

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.”(Isaiah 5:20)

According to federal law, it is a crime to try to influence a judge. The law specifically includes “pickets or parades” near a court or residence of a judge.“18 U.S.C. § 1507 prohibits attempts to intimidate judges into changing their rulings.”

The statute reads: “Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”

Again, I ask, why isn’t America’s government leadership, not condemning such public displays of chaotic insurrections? And why does America’s news media not demand such corrective actions?  After all, America is still “We the people”, and still “the land of the free, and home of the brave.” 

Obviously, America was founded on the principles of Gods holy word. “ To this, I shout a big Amen!
