Here comes the sun, with it's promised heat!
Farewell the night as the moon retreats.

I tread on soft grass, soaked from morning dew,
I'm sensing nature as I think of You.

The scent of Jasmine makes me close my eyes,
Tiny, white blossoms hold their own surprise!

Their fragrance lingers like a summer's day,
I re-live love and all who came my way.

How to compare the holly and the rose?
One chose to pierce, but both taught how to grow.

I love beginnings, much like a baby's birth.
I love the springtime and I love what it's worth.

As for the summer, those hazy, crazy days,
The sands of time delivered come what may.

Saw Ocean's blue, I walked the Seashores,
Was so in love, I couldn't ask for more!

Huge tree boughs bend, see how in the wind
Some leaves turn brown as they now descend.

They fall with ease, without a second thought.
Some tiny seeds in darkness, they once fought.

Light shone on them, due to sun filled skies,
They raised their heads, but they knew not why.

But on they grew, just as nature does,
Their nurturer whose name I know is love.
