Before Biblical boldness can manifest in society it must manifest in coming boldly before the throne of God which leads to this result: "until our enemies be made our footstool. " (Hebrews 10 v19) The Greek word in Acts 4 used of the boldness of the early apostles and their preaching and healing the lame man is the same word used here in Hebrews 4  in reference to approaching God's throne of grace. This same Greek word is also translated "confidence. "  We are exhorted to " not cast away our confidence which has great reward."  (Hebrews 10 v.35)
 There is rising up a company of confident believers who are learning to abide in Christ and in whom Christ's word abides. These will ask whatever they desire and it will be granted them, because they will be truly asking in His name and according to the heart of God. This company of praying, abiding believers, in whom the Word richly dwells, will pray that Word and change the world. They will "turn the world upside down" much the way the first early church did, eventually bringing the mighty Roman Empire to its literal knees.
