You may lose a lot, in fact, you may lose all the time or every game, but, unless you quit, you're not a loser, you're a winner for staying in the game and may be still on your way to being a champion.

You may be mistreated in relationships, even in every relationship but, unless you give up altogether on relationships, you're not a victim. In fact you're a beneficiary because you are still trying. There is a successful and rewarding relationship waiting for you.

You may fail regularly. In fact you may fail at everything you try. But still you are not a failure because you are willing to risk another failure. That's being a success even before the experience of success arrives.

Because you refuse to let losses, abuses
and failures define you, you will go on to more deeply appreciate being victorious, being cherished and being a success than you ever would have without those setbacks.

But in the end, it isn't our effort or determination, or our own strength that enables us to rebound and propels us forward, but rather it is the powerful presence and grace of God within our spirits.
