Feeding His Lambs

Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.” John 21:15c NIV

How does one feed Christ’s lambs, and who even are His lambs?

I am sure there are different answers to these questions so let my give some views. I believe Christ’s lambs are all humans. Remember Christ spoke about the shepherd leaving his flock to go in search of the one lost sheep. There are many who do not know Christ, and we as followers of the Lord must feed them as well as believers.

So, what does it mean to feed His lambs? Certainly, the way we carry ourselves is one way to feed His sheep. If others don’t see Christ radiating from us, how can they or why would they even wish to know more about how the Lord manifests Himself in our lives? We also can feed them by praying for them. Never under estimate the power of prayer. We can also provide for the needs of others. We also can and should share about the goodness of the Lord. There are many other things we can do to feed the Lord’s lambs. Do what you can to be a feeder of His lambs.
