The Father Knows

I am not saying that I will ask the Father on your behalf. No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God. John 16:26b-27 NIV

Jesus does not intercede before the Heavenly Father for everything we ask for in His name. The Heavenly Father knows everything. He knows those who belong to the Son. The Father loves those who are His children, under the headship of the Son. The Father is happy to graciously provide for those who come with requests in the name of Jesus, knowing that glorification of the Father and the Son shall come through the fulfillment of requests. The request may not always be in the manner we had anticipated, but we can know that the result is what is best for us, as that is what the Father and Son wish to provide.
