In the twinkling of an eye
You and I will be changed
From head to toe, soul to soul
Our White garments will dazzle more.

In the twinkling of an eye
In the blinking of the eyelid
In the drooping of the eyelash
Heaven will come down suddenly on us.

In the twinkling of an eye
Paradise will catch us by surprise
Angels swoop down to escort us
With Mandolin and Harps playing along.

In the twinkling of an eye
We will be lifted up in the sky
Touch the clouds as we go along
The wispy vapour propel us on.

In the twinkling of an eye
The Sun and Moon will go on strike
There will be darkness all around
The stars will fall from the sky
And the heavenly beings shake around.

In the twinkling of an eye
Heaven and earth will disappear
A New Heaven and Earth will appear
The Bridal City of the Lord set for us.

In the twinkling of an eye
We will be drinking from the springs of life
The Living waters will engulf us
Refreshing us like no water can.

In the twinkling of an eye
In the tinkling of the loud Bugle
The Book of the Living will open
We will then live as Eternal beings
Holily, Angelically and Ethereally.
