We can't have a more intimate relationship with Christ without it being reflected in closer and better relationships with the people in our lives beginning with our own selves.

God doesn't beat up on souls, souls are too busy doing that already to themselves and each other, rather
God is a healer of souls that have been beat upon and abused, and
often by themselves worst of all.
