How much of what Christ says to us do we not truly understand? If we don’t fully understand, do not be surprised, for this is God speaking to man. God’s thoughts are not our thoughts, nor our His ways our ways.

We have the Holy Spirit to guide us in discerning what Christ tells us. There needs to be patience on our part at times, for things will happen in God’s time. We may need to allow Christ to show us more so that what He is telling us becomes clearer. Christ wants us to trust in Him and often that means He needs to reveal more to us in order that we may understand. And yes, we also must have faith. Christ will not steer us wrongly. Let the Holy Spirit guide you in following Christ’s will for you.
