Life can be funny, but it can also be very rewarding. Right now I have a dog asleep on my lap and it really is not the easiest way to type and yet I would not change this moment.

It is a new year and it promises to have its mishaps like any other year, but that is life.

Yesterday, I chose to clean up and clear up all the Christmas attire till next year. (Christmas/Christ is always in my heart so in reality it is just the decor being put aside). My house now has a new look again and I am moving on to the next adventure that is in store for me.

Doing little changes can make a big difference in your mindset. It is really important to keep a positive outlook and that is my endeavor at this point in my life.

I have stumbled a few times today, but I have not let it keep me down. I kept on moving on. As long as I keep getting back up then I can say I am fighting the good fight and living in the moment. I’m not thinking about what happened or should of happened because that will get me no where fast. It is a useless endeavor of my time.

Moving on doesn’t mean I am going to plan out every moment. It just means I am starting with a clean slate and allowing my steps to be led through prayer. When I don’t get a direct leading then I just go on with my daily routine and be open for change.

I am pleased with my outlook and I know I am able to move on and be the best rendition of me as possible.
