 There seem to have been preincarnate visits from Jesus in Genesis which were like rehearsals by Him for his eventual incarnation. If this is so, He seems to have been so eager to arrive on earth to carry out His mission of redemption that He could hardly wait to get his feet wet. He was so in love with us already that He had to be among us for a preview of times to come. 
 If there were preincarnate visits there might even be post Asenscion visits as well. Again He is so delighted with us, and not because of anything we are in and of ourselves, that He can hardly wait for the wedding supper of the Lamb, He is eager to be among us in the flesh as well as in the Spirit. This is purely conjecture,  but Jesus may be making such post Asenscion visits during these times in the form of the least of us, in the form of the rejected and despised, the downtrodden and disregarded. I would not be surprised if that were the case. And if it were the case we may have missed many if not most of these visitations already.
